The company said the underpayments, due to administrative errors, were corrected in 2022 with help from HMRC, and it has since improved payroll processes.
The government reported that 389 employers nationwide owed £12.6 million in fines and unpaid wages, with enforcement efforts increasing ahead of upcoming minimum wage hikes.
