Officially launched with a St. Patrick’s Day ribbon-cutting ceremony, the project received support from state and federal agencies and enables year-round, pesticide-free leafy green production.
Company President Leigh Bailey said the expansion allows Salad Days to transition from a niche grower to a regional supplier, meeting rising demand.
The project strengthens Mississippi’s agricultural innovation and food security efforts.
