Scoot passengers missed baggage on March 16 flight, causing delay and prompting apology and same-day reaccommodation.
Passengers on a Scoot flight from Davao City to Singapore’s Changi Airport on March 16 found their checked baggage missing upon arrival, causing a 1 hour and 17-minute delay.
After waiting at baggage claim, travelers were told the luggage hadn’t been loaded due to operational reasons and had to file reports without forms or refreshments.
Scoot apologized, said baggage was reaccommodated on a later flight, and arranged delivery to passengers’ hotels or homes the same day.
This follows earlier Scoot disruptions, including a canceled flight and a delayed flight in February.
