The Pickersgill family bought a 10,098-hectare Queensland cattle property for over $50 million.
A 10,098-hectare cattle property in central Queensland, Bottle Tree Camp, has sold for over $50 million to the Pickersgill family, who operate Bunderra Cattle Co.
The property, located 42km south of Blackwater and developed by the Engwicht family for over 50 years, features diverse grazing land, modern infrastructure including a 600-head cattle yard, a 1,300m airstrip, and a water system powered by two springs.
It includes a four-bedroom homestead, staff housing, and a herd of about 2,050 Hereford cattle adapted to the region.
The sale was managed by Matthew Noakes of PLPM Progressive Livestock & Property Marketing.
