Phillies' Johan Rojas suspended 80 games for Boldenone positive, starting March 26, 2026.
Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Johan Rojas has been suspended for 80 games after testing positive for Boldenone, a performance-enhancing drug, MLB announced.
The suspension, which began on March 26, will keep him out until at least June 25, 2026, and is part of MLB’s joint drug prevention and treatment program.
Rojas, 25, played in 71 games for the Phillies in 2025, batting .224 with one home run, 18 RBIs, and 12 stolen bases.
The Phillies expressed disappointment and reaffirmed support for MLB’s drug policy.
The decision was upheld after Rojas appealed, and he will lose about $395,305 in salary.
