Ondas has acquired INDO Earth Moving Ltd., which secured a $140 million military contract for heavy-tracked engineering vehicles, with deliveries and support spanning two years and four additional years of sustainment. Revenue is expected to begin in Q2 2026. The acquisition positions Ondas as a prime contractor and expands its autonomous ground systems capabilities by integrating INDO’s engineering expertise with Ondas’ existing technologies, including Roboteam and Apeiro Motion Ground Systems. The move supports Ondas’ strategy to develop robotic, autonomous heavy engineering platforms for military and civilian applications such as border security, disaster response, and post-conflict reconstruction.
