A New Hampshire man was arrested for allegedly causing over 30 fractures to his 3-month-old son, leading to multiple assault charges and a domestic violence felony.

A 36-year-old Nashua, New Hampshire, man, Drew Babcock, was arrested and charged with eight counts of first-degree assault and a class A felony domestic violence charge after his 3-month-old son suffered over 30 fractures. The infant, hospitalized but not believed to be life-threatening, was reported to authorities by the Division of Children, Youth, and Families.
