Sunsure Energy has secured ₹606.22 crore in debt financing from Aseem Infra and RBL Bank to develop solar projects in Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh, supporting over 242 MWp of capacity.
The funds will generate around 300 million units of clean electricity annually and cut CO₂ emissions by nearly 230,000 tonnes yearly.
The financing includes ₹461.76 crore from Aseem Infra and ₹144.46 crore in refinancing from RBL Bank for a project in Augasi.
Projects will supply renewable power via long-term agreements to commercial and industrial customers, aiding decarbonization.
This marks the start of Sunsure’s partnership with RBL Bank and strengthens its collaboration with Aseem Infra.
The company, with 700 MW operational and 7.10 GW in development, aims for 10 GW by 2030, backed by a $400 million equity commitment from Partners Group AG.
