Sean McGovern, a senior Kinahan cartel member and reportedly Daniel Kinahan’s right-hand man, has pleaded guilty at Ireland’s Special Criminal Court to directing a criminal organisation.
He admitted to orchestrating the 2016 murder of innocent man Noel Kirwan and surveillance of Hutch gang member James Gately between 2015 and 2017.
