CRH, the Dublin-based construction materials company, plans to fully delist from the London Stock Exchange on April 20, 2026, ending its UK listing after shifting its primary listing to the New York Stock Exchange in September 2023.
The move follows a review that cited low trading activity, high regulatory and administrative costs, and the strategic benefits of focusing on North America, where about 75% of its earnings come from.
CRH will seek shareholder approval in May to cancel its preference share listing on the LSE.
