A taste test of cream crackers from nine UK supermarkets and Jacob’s found Asda’s 49p version the top choice, scoring 10/10 for its golden color, crisp texture, and pleasant aftertaste, outperforming the more expensive Jacob’s, which scored 7/10. Sainsbury’s and M&S also earned high marks, while Lidl, Tesco, and Waitrose received lower ratings due to texture and taste issues. Morrisons and Aldi scored 7/10 and 5/10, respectively. Asda’s crackers were praised for offering the best balance of quality and affordability.
