He was welcomed by Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and will inaugurate the newly upgraded Pragjyotishpur Medical College and Hospital. Shah will also address a BJP youth convention, the ‘Yuva Shakti Samaroh,’ expected to draw over 100,000 attendees. The visit, part of a broader BJP effort to strengthen support ahead of the first elections after the 2023 delimitation, includes strategic talks with senior party leaders.
