Former Indiana dean Alan Jay White arrested for meth distribution, counterfeiting, and drug paraphernalia possession; denies involvement.
Alan Jay White, a 59-year-old former college dean from Indiana, was arrested on March 7 after a yearlong investigation uncovered 78 grams of methamphetamine, counterfeit currency, and drug paraphernalia at his home.
Charged with methamphetamine distribution, counterfeiting, and possession of drug paraphernalia, White, known as "The Professor" due to his past role, denied owning the drugs, claiming they were not his and calling the investigation a waste of resources.
Authorities, including Clarksville Police Chief Nathan Walls, emphasized the sustained effort behind the arrest, noting White is "definitely no Walter White," a reference to the fictional drug kingpin.
The case remains ongoing.
