Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has launched the $25 million Lagos Education Access Fund (LEAF) to address out-of-school children and improve learning outcomes, targeting over 200,000 children including 50,000 aged six to 14.
The initiative, backed by international partners and the Education Outcome Fund, focuses on literacy, numeracy, and retention, building on Project Zero’s success in re-enrolling 36,000 children since 2021.
