The firm, linked to Republican donors and previously awarded nearly $2 billion in border contracts under Trump, faces allegations from former employees of illegal labor and a 2019 shootout at a construction site, claims they say led to their firing.
SLSCO also builds a Florida detention facility.
Noem, leaving office amid multiple controversies including a $220 million ad campaign tied to her inner circle, personally approved the contracts.
The White House and DHS did not comment.
