A 24-year-old Mexican national, Gerardo Aurelio Iturbide, living in Hurricane, Utah without legal status, has been federally indicted for producing and distributing child sexual abuse material.
Court documents allege he met three teenage girls at a gas station in November 2025, took them to a hotel, provided alcohol, and sexually abused one while filming the act.
He reportedly shared the video with a friend via a messaging app, prompting one girl to call 911.
Iturbide was already in custody on state charges related to the incident.
