Wesley Cooley, 64, was sentenced to life in prison without parole plus 50 years after pleading guilty to multiple sexual assaults, including rape and kidnapping, involving four victims aged 16 to 28 between 2012 and 2017.
Prosecutors said he targeted women by offering rides or jobs, then assaulting them in secluded areas.
His arrest in 2017 followed an attempted rape that led to a DNA match through the Georgia Sexual Assault Kit Initiative, linking him to crimes across DeKalb, Fulton, and Rockdale counties dating back to 1999.
He was indicted in 2022 and also pleaded guilty to aggravated sodomy and assault.
Victims described lasting trauma, while the district attorney said the sentence brings closure.
Cooley, who has health issues, will not be released.
