Samuel Ramirez Jr., 33, accused of the May 2023 double murder of two women at a Federal Way bar, was captured in Culiacán, Mexico, just over an hour after being added to the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted list on March 10, 2026.
He was transferred to Seattle and handed over to local police, facing charges including first- and second-degree murder and attempted murder.
