The suspect, about 6 feet tall with a slim to average build, was last seen wearing a black trenchcoat, dark grey scarf, black pants, and black leather-like shoes. Authorities are asking the owner of a white ute seen nearby and anyone with dashcam or CCTV footage from the area between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. to contact police, referencing file number 260307/3213.
