A Mississippi man was arrested in Missouri for sexual assault and illegal possession of a modified automatic firearm.

A 21-year-old Mississippi man, L’Torian Williams, was arrested in Sikeston, Missouri, on March 11, 2026, on a sexual assault warrant and for possessing a modified Glock .40 caliber handgun with an auto sear device, which illegally converts a semi-automatic firearm into a fully automatic one. Officers responded to a report at the 600 block of Pine Street, seized the weapon, and detained Williams, who faces a Class D felony charge and remains in custody without bond. The modification is prohibited under federal law without proper licensing. Authorities urged the public to report illegal firearms or violent crime through non-emergency or anonymous tip lines.
