Kore Digital gains Indian Air Force approval to produce 3D-printed defense parts until 2031.
Kore Digital, a Maharashtra-based telecom infrastructure company, has received approval from the Indian Air Force’s Indigenisation and Substitution Cell to manufacture 3D printed metal, ceramic, and plastic components for defense use.
The three-year authorization, valid until March 2031, enables the company to join India’s defense indigenisation efforts, supported by technical collaboration with IIT Bombay.
The approval marks Kore Digital’s entry into defense manufacturing, with the company citing visits to air force bases to align production with operational needs.
