The Kerala State Housing Board launched the Marine Eco City Project in Kochi on March 12, 2026, with Phase I costing Rs 480 crore and executed by NBCC.
The first phase includes a 26-floor mixed-use tower with 152 premium apartments, retail, offices, a clubhouse, and parking on 17.9 acres of waterfront land.
The project has secured key clearances including CRZ, environmental, and GRIHA pre-certification.
Phase II will add a five-star hotel and convention center, while Phase III plans six residential towers with 952 units.
The entire development aims to boost sustainable urban growth, tourism, and housing in Kochi.
