The Kansas City Chiefs are signing cornerback Kader Kohou, 27, to strengthen their secondary after losing Trent McDuffie and Jaylen Watson to the Los Angeles Rams. Kohou, a former starter for the Miami Dolphins, played in 47 regular-season games from 2022 to 2024, starting 38, and recorded 180 tackles, three interceptions, 28 passes defended, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, and one sack. He missed the 2025 season due to a partially torn ACL but is now cleared to return. His versatility in both nickel and outside roles is expected to help fill the void left by the departures.
