Hong Kong showcased 48 tech innovations from the Greater Bay Area at the Geneva Invention Exhibition, backed by a government program promoting “Created in Hong Kong” inventions. The Hong Kong Exporters' Association, via its HKII initiative, showcased 48 technology innovations from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area at the International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva from March 11 to 15, 2026. Funded by Hong Kong’s Innovation and Technology Commission, the program offers free global exposure to local startups and SMEs, promoting “Created in Hong Kong” inventions. Selected projects, evaluated for novelty and technical merit, included a 7-in-1 building leakage tracer by MEET International and a graphene-based heating material from Sun Yat-sen University.
