Starting April 1, 2026, Azerbaijan will fine individuals 30 manats for using e-cigarettes in public spaces where smoking is banned, including streets.
The move, part of updated administrative offenses laws approved by President Ilham Aliyev, also bans the import, export, production, sale, and storage of e-cigarettes and their components nationwide.
Fines for violations range from 350 to 500 manats for individuals, up to 5,000 manats for legal entities.
The regulations aim to strengthen public health measures and control nicotine products.
