flag About 45,000 HALO Magic Sleepsuits are recalled due to choking hazards from detachable zipper heads; no injuries reported.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has recalled about 45,000 HALO Magic Sleepsuits due to detachable zipper heads posing a choking hazard for infants. Sold from September 2025 to February 2026 on Halosleep.com, Amazon, Target, and Walmart, the suits are marked with batch codes PO30592, PO30641, or PO30685 and “Made in India.” No injuries have been reported. Consumers are told to stop using the suits, mark them “recall,” remove the zipper heads, and register online for a $50 store credit or replacement. The recall is voluntary and coordinated by the manufacturer and CPSC.
