A Vancouver floral art team won a top international award for 150+ Downton Abbey-inspired flower displays across North America and the U.K.
A Vancouver-based floral art duo, Fleurs de Villes, won an international award in the cinema category at the 2026 Global Entertainment Awards in Spain for a series of over 150 large-scale, fresh flower installations inspired by Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale.
The displays, featuring lifelike floral representations of characters like Lady Mary and Lady Sybil Crawley, were shown across 10 cities in Canada, the U.S., and the U.K., including VanDusen Botanical Garden and Highclere Castle.
Crafted entirely from live botanicals, each installation reflected character traits and storylines, lasting about 10 days with regular maintenance.
Developed with film studios and Allied Global Marketing, the project blended art, history, and nature to create immersive experiences.
The team plans to expand the concept with more than 18 shows across North America.
