A Rochester woman was sentenced to 90 days in jail and four years of probation for driving under the influence and causing a crash in April that injured five people. Her vehicle, traveling north on East Circle Drive near Silver Creek, struck a guardrail, rolled over, and ended up overturned under a bridge. Officers found one man ejected and unconscious with labored breathing, another outside the vehicle, and three others trapped inside, including one with a broken arm, shoulder injury, and fractured ribs. Blood testing revealed her alcohol level was .082. She pleaded guilty in January to one felony charge and will serve her sentence on weekends through a work-release program and the Sentenced to Serve initiative.
