The Cowboys traded Osa Odighizuwa to the 49ers and Solomon Thomas to the Titans, receiving draft picks in return.

The Dallas Cowboys traded defensive linemen Osa Odighizuwa to the San Francisco 49ers and Solomon Thomas to the Tennessee Titans on Wednesday. Thomas, a 2017 third-overall pick, joins the Titans, reuniting with head coach Robert Saleh and defensive line coach Aaron Whitecotton, both former Jets associates. Dallas received a third-round pick from the 49ers and a seventh-round pick swap from the Titans. Thomas recorded 10 tackles and three tackles for loss in 16 games for Dallas in 2025. The Titans also re-signed kicker Joey Slye to a one-year deal, following an 80% field goal accuracy rate in 2025 and 81.4% over his seven-year career.
