Pope Leo XIV has named Father Michael J.K. Fuller, general secretary of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, as a monsignor in recognition of his decade of service. Fuller, ordained in 1997, has led key USCCB departments and manages administrative operations, bishops’ committees, and major events. He previously served in academic, pastoral, and Peace Corps roles, holds advanced theological degrees, and has published widely. The honor was recommended by his diocesan bishops.
