Emergency responders arrived at 8:02 p.m. and pronounced him dead at the scene.
Two juvenile passengers sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were hospitalized.
Preliminary investigation suggests Dingus may have experienced a medical emergency before the crash.
His body was sent to the State Medical Examiner’s Office in Frankfort for an autopsy, with toxicology results pending.
