Flooding delays inspections for a South Australian ranch, but its April 15 auction remains on schedule.
Heavy rains in South Australia’s Mid North region have delayed inspections for Loch Winnoch Station, a 7,950-hectare pastoral property near Burra, due to flooding from over 100mm of rain.
Access remains restricted, but inspections are expected to resume around March 23, pending conditions.
The property, set for an online auction on April 15 via Elders Real Estate with pre-registration required, features established infrastructure and is suited for sheep or cattle grazing.
Despite the weather delay, the auction will proceed as scheduled.
