Elijah Allman, son of Cher, appears in New Hampshire court on March 11, 2026, on burglary and other charges after allegedly breaking into a home.
Elijah Allman, 49, son of singer Cher, is set to appear in New Hampshire court on March 11, 2026, facing charges of burglary, criminal mischief, and breach of bail after allegedly forcibly entering a home in Windham on March 1.
This follows his February 27 arrest at St. Paul’s School in Concord, where he was charged with four misdemeanors, including simple assault and criminal trespass, after allegedly acting belligerently.
Allman remains in preventive detention at the Rockingham County Department of Corrections.
Cher previously sought temporary conservatorship over his finances due to concerns about his mental health and substance use, but a Los Angeles judge denied the request, noting Allman was receiving treatment and rebuilding relationships.
His current legal representation and public comments remain unknown.
