Wendy Davies, 75, of Isleham, Cambridgeshire, was sentenced to a two-year conditional discharge after being found guilty of 10 animal welfare and disease control offences at Willow Tree Stables in April 2025.
The court heard she failed to provide pigs with proper housing, dry lying areas, or water, and kept poultry in unsanitary conditions without medical records or death reporting.
Despite repeated warnings from Trading Standards and veterinary experts, she did not improve conditions.
The trial, held in November and December 2025, resulted in the conviction on all counts.
Davies, founder of the Isleham Horse and Pony Rescue Centre, was ordered to pay £10,000 in costs.
