Truhome Finance, a major Indian housing finance company backed by Warburg Pincus, has filed for a ₹3,000 crore IPO with India’s SEBI, comprising a ₹1,500 crore fresh issue and ₹1,500 crore offer for sale by its promoter.
The company, formerly Shriram Housing Finance, is the third-largest affordable housing lender in India, with ₹21,124 crore in assets under management as of December 2025.
Proceeds will strengthen its capital base, support growth, and meet regulatory requirements.
The IPO, if completed, would be India’s third-largest of 2026 and marks the first mortgage lender listing since Bajaj Housing Finance’s 2024 offering.
