Ghanaian media personality Counsellor Cyril George Carstensen Lutterodt was arrested on March 9, 2026, and released on bail after allegedly inciting violence during a live radio broadcast.
Authorities accused him of urging Ga youth to exhume the body of late musician Daddy Lumba from his East Legon residence, violating the Criminal Offences Act and Public Order Act.
