Amy Brown has been named President and CEO of Vermilion Advantage, effective June 3, 2026, succeeding Mike Marron.
The Vermilion County-based economic development organization selected Brown from 25 applicants after interviewing nine finalists.
She brings over 20 years of nonprofit and community leadership experience, including serving as founding CEO of Project Success, which supports K–12 students across 12 school districts.
Brown previously led the Don Moyer Boys and Girls Club and CRIS Healthy Aging.
The board praised her strategic vision, community ties, and commitment to economic growth and workforce development.
She expressed honor in returning to her home county to lead the organization.
