Over 70 students from local schools created art from recycled materials in the JB Green Team’s ninth annual Trashy Art Contest, held at 7 Ranges Entertainment.
Winners were recognized in three age groups, with first-place honors going to Emerson Stenger, Gunnar Peckens, and Joey Lopez for their innovative pieces.
Additional prizes were awarded to other finalists and through a random drawing.
The event, supported by local organizations and schools, promotes environmental awareness and creativity, with plans for a similar contest in Belmont County.
