The Left Front in Tripura has announced its full slate of candidates for the upcoming TTAADC elections, contesting all 28 seats with 22 new faces, including former chief executive member Radhacharan Debbarma.
At a press conference, Left Front convener Manik Dey accused the BJP-Tipra Motha alliance of corruption, mismanagement, and neglecting tribal development, citing stalled projects, delayed pensions, and inadequate basic services.
The coalition also named Amitabha Datta of CPI(M) for the Dharmanagar by-election.
The Left emphasized free and fair elections, rejecting past electoral integrity, and confirmed no alliance with Congress despite prior cooperation.
