Indonesia’s TelkomMetra agrees to sell healthcare unit AdMedika to Singapore’s Fullerton Health for $80–100M.

TelkomMetra, a unit of Indonesia’s state-owned TelkomGroup, has signed a conditional agreement to sell its healthcare arm AdMedika Group, including TelkoMedika, to Singapore-based Fullerton Health. The deal, announced March 4, 2026, is part of Telkom’s strategy to streamline its portfolio and focus on core digital and telecom operations. AdMedika, a leading tech-driven healthcare administrator in Indonesia, will transition to Fullerton Health’s ownership, which aims to expand its regional healthcare footprint using AdMedika’s platform and digital capabilities. The transaction, valued at $80–100 million, is subject to regulatory approval and other closing conditions.
