The Ontario government has allocated $348,600 in one-time funding to HANDS, the Family Help Network, via Nipissing MPP Vic Fedeli’s office to support the Ontario Intensive Treatment Pathway (OITP).
The initiative strengthens live-in treatment programs by improving access to evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally safe care for youth with serious mental health needs.
It promotes individualized, family-centered treatment and enhances wellness, recreation, and community connections.
