The case emerged in March 2024 during an investigation into a Kentucky school superintendent, whose WhatsApp messages with Lockman revealed discussions of illegal images and shared sexual interests.
Federal agents found multiple videos depicting children under 12, including abusive content, on Lockman’s personal cellphone and a church-issued computer.
Lockman, who supervised young boys and took them on one-on-one outings, will also serve five years of supervised release after his prison term.
