Patricia Kemper, a 54-year-old teacher at McSpedden Elementary School in Frisco, Texas, has been arrested and charged with injury to a child, a third-degree felony, following an alleged physical assault on a student. The Frisco Police Department launched a criminal investigation after the Frisco Independent School District reported the allegations. Kemper turned herself in to the Collin County Sheriff’s Office, is on administrative leave, and is barred from school property.
