Sprinter Fred Kerley, a former world 100m champion and Olympic medalist, has been suspended for two years by the Athletics Integrity Unit for missing three doping tests between May and December 2024 due to whereabouts failures.
The ban, effective August 12, 2025, ends August 11, 2027, and disqualifies his results from December 6, 2024, onward, including his 2024 Olympic bronze.
Kerley, who denies intentional evasion, claims he didn’t recognize calls and believed one was a scam.
He faces a $4,000 fine and can appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
The suspension does not affect his planned participation in the Enhanced Games in May 2026.
