Over five years, their partnership has supported 1.7 lakh families, processed claims totaling 620 crores, and maintained a 90% customer satisfaction rate. Real cases included a ₹3.58 lakh claim for a heart patient and a ₹24,552 payout after a denied child hospitalization claim was reinstated. The event emphasized transparent, efficient claim settlements and highlighted strong customer trust, particularly in Tamil Nadu. Policybazaar, India’s top digital insurance aggregator, has served over 80.5 million users since 2008, issued 49.3 million policies, and protects 9 million families.
