The product, recognized as one of the Top 5 Innovations of 2025 by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the National Inventors Hall of Fame, originated from a class project and was developed through MSU’s MTEC SmartZone program.
The duo, who celebrated their appearance with a watch party in Lansing, attracted offers from sharks Fawn Weaver and Daniel Lubetzky, with the funding expected to boost production and marketing.
Their success highlights the impact of university innovation programs on student entrepreneurship.
