Christopher Caron indicted for murder after allegedly killing Declan Perry during a drug transaction in Boston, then concealing the body.
Christopher Caron, 42, of Scituate, Massachusetts, has been indicted for murder in the death of 27-year-old Declan Perry of Portland, Maine, in August 2025.
Prosecutors say Caron and Perry met to buy fentanyl and cocaine in Boston, then returned to a Scituate home.
After Perry became unresponsive, Caron administered three doses of Narcan with a female witness, who later found Perry dead.
Authorities allege Caron refused to seek help, wrapped the body in blankets and duct tape, and moved it using a door as a stretcher with neighbor assistance.
The body was placed in Perry’s Honda Civic, which was found parked outside South Shore Hospital on August 23.
Caron turned himself in a week later, pleaded not guilty, and remains held without bail.
A hearing date has been set.
