Ranju Darshana Neupane of the Rastriya Swatantra Party won Nepal’s 2026 parliamentary election in Kathmandu Constituency No.
1 with 15,455 votes, more than double her nearest rival.
She becomes the first winner declared in the nationwide vote, marking her second attempt after a 2022 loss.
The RSP emerged as the top party, winning 77 seats.
