Delaware has launched DTRN360, a state-wide digital platform that centralizes behavioral health treatment records, enabling hospitals, clinics, crisis teams, and recovery programs to securely share patient histories in real time.
Designed to replace outdated paper-based systems, the tool improves care coordination, reduces administrative burdens, and supports faster, more informed clinical decisions—especially for vulnerable populations.
Over 200 stakeholders report positive results, with providers like Dover Behavioral Health and Conexio Care noting improved crisis response and continuity of care.
While most contracted providers are now using the system, full implementation across all nine remaining contractors is expected by summer.
Officials say the platform, the first of its kind in the U.S., enhances dignity, safety, and outcomes by ensuring critical data is available when and where it’s needed.
