Approximately 45,000 HALO Magic Sleepsuits are being recalled due to a choking hazard from detachable zipper heads. The affected products, with batch codes PO30592, PO30641, and PO30685, were sold online through Halosleep, Amazon, Walmart, and Target from September 2025 to February 2026. No injuries have been reported, but 15 incidents of zipper heads detaching have occurred. Consumers are urged to stop using the sleepers immediately and visit the recall website to register for a replacement or $50 store credit. The garments should not be discarded until the replacement or credit is received.
